  • Devised and implemented international media relations strategy and plan for A4S
  • Built awareness of A4S ahead of the conference with regular news updates of key note speakers and sports ‘stars’
  • Managed all international media activity during A4S including mixed zones, 1-on-1 interview requests and media operations for over 50 international journalists
  • Close liaison with key speakers/sports stars and their agents to ensure maximum impact from their media activity
  • Briefed facilitators of high profile panels to ensure newsworthy issues were debated
  • Drafted and distributed daily news releases across the 4 day conference
