Media Relations Manager

VERO is a specialist consultancy focused on providing narrative-based communication programmes, brand support and strategic advice to clients, particularly within the sport and business arenas.

Due to recent significant client wins, VERO is seeking a client-facing media relations manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing client press & media relations programmes both domestically and internationally
• Drafting the full range of press materials including releases, press packs & Q&As
• Drafting content for client brochures and collateral
• Cultivating contacts with relevant journalists on behalf of clients
• Selling in stories to relevant media
• Supporting the CEO of VERO and the Head of Media Relations

The Person

• Proven press/media relations experience
• Can consistently hit deadlines
• Creative, bright & a self-starter
• Interest in sport
