Robert Fawdon

Rob graduated from the University of Stirling in 2008 in Sports Studies and Media.

Since then he has gained experience across a number of sectors, including Journalism, Public Relations and Event Management both in the UK and abroad, as well a period of time spent working in the banking sector.

Rob joined VERO in April 2012 to support the senior team across various client accounts , including assisting Rio 2016 and Prestige Ticketing on their activities at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Rob also worked on the successful bid for Buenos Aires to host the 2018 Youth Olympic Games and supported the VERO team in Dr. Ary Graça’s successful campaign to become President of the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball [FIVB].

Most recently,  Rob has worked across various clients and projects, including supporting Brian Cookson in his campaign to become President of the Union Cycliste Internationale [UCI] and the Brazilian city of Belo Horizonte as they continue their preparations as one of the Host City’s for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
