The Challenge Support the RPA in preparation for the re-launch of the organisation, manage the launch and enhance the profile of the organization.

VERO’s Role

  • Strategic counsel and recommendations regarding positioning of the organisation and key messaging
  • Advise on the re-launch event to ensure alignment with a new narrative for the organisation
  • Support event preparation and undertake relevant site visits
  • Draft speaking points and Q&As;for the RPA and ambassadors
  • Draft media materials and press release for the event and reach out to selected media
  • Brief speakers on the day – including leading England players
  • Advise on how best to utilise available advert and editorial space
  • Provide onsite media relations and event support on the day
  • Support film development and production of a new film explaining the work of the RPA

The Outcome The RPA was successfully re-launched with a wide range of positive media coverage. Both media and key stakeholders understood the new look/brand of the organization and the campaign successfully highlighted the expansion and refocus of the RPA.
