Sujit Jasani is a sports communications and sponsorship specialist who has 10 years experience working on international sporting campaigns and events.

With expertise in strategic communications, global campaigning, brand positioning, international media relations and event management, Sujit has worked extensively with UK and international sports organisations, global brands and bid committees seeking to host major sporting events.

Sujit’s experience includes communications campaigns for the successful Rio 2016 Olympic Bid, the successful PyeongChang 2018 Olympic Winter Games Bid and Fenway Sports Group's successful purchase of Liverpool Football Club.

He has also directed communications programmes for sports organisations such as Chelsea Football Club, West Ham United Football Club, ICC Cricket World Cup and the Moscow 2012 Olympic Bid.

His current clients at Vero Communications include the Rio 2016 Organising Committee, the Buenos Aires 2018 Youth Olympic Games Bid, the Qatar Olympic Committee and Prestige Ticketing, who were the official hospitality providers at London 2012.

Sujit has also directed international communications campaigns for global sponsors at the Athens 2004 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Torino 2006 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, and IRB Rugby World Cup 2003 and 2007. He has overseen brand ambassador campaigns involving high-profile sporting figures such as Pele, Tiger Woods, Michael Schumacher, Maria Sharapova, Michael Phelps and Sir Steve Redgrave.

In 2007 Sujit received the PR Week ’29 Under 29’ award, an accolade handed out to the UK’s top 29 PR professionals under the age of 29.

Sujit has presented at international conferences on the subject of bidding for major sporting events, including at the 2010 International Sports Event Management Conference in London and the 2012 Sports & Events Tourism Exchange in Durban, South Africa.
